Bell of the New Year is echoed with passion and vigor and the steps of time move forward at a fast pace with determination. In the hope of a better future, we are about to welcome the dawn of 2012. At this moment when the New Year begins and every household is enjoying happiness, I would like to extent my heartfelt appreciation and the greatest blessing of the New Year on behalf of Party Committee, the administrative team and the Labor Union of Mengxi Group and Chairman Mr. LIU Ailin to Mengxi employees’ family members who understand and support their work at Mengxi and the Party Committees and government departments of various levels and friends from all walks of life who care and support Mengxi during its path of development.

The Year of 2011 has passed and was a year Mengxi Group laid solid foundation for implementation of its “Twelfth Fiveyear Plan”; a year Mengxi optimized its industrial structure and moved forward with steady steps; a year Mengxi furthered its corporate culture building efforts into the future. Faced with the complicated domestic and foreign economic environment, the Board of Directors of Mengxi Group assessed the situation, looked far ahead and made decisions in scientific manner. Every one of Mengxi people forged ahead in a practical manner, shed sweat at work and dedicated themselves to contribute to the entity. During this year, we fully initiated the LED optoelectronic project, took a strategic step to relaunch the aluminum oxide from coal ash project, basically completed the strategic layout of the cement industry, extended the industrial chain step by step, took solid steps to promote building of corporate culture and achieved a promising start for Mengxi Group’s “Twelfth Fiveyear Plan”.

The Year of 2012 is around the corner and this is the year for Mengxi to carry forward its efforts of the “Twelfth Fiveyear Plan”; the year to continue implementing the scientific view of development and the development strategy of “making achievement with steady steps”; also the critical year to further optimize the industrial layout and cultivate new economic growth points. It is the high time for Mengxi Group to move forward and surpass itself. Faced with new opportunities and challenges, we will gather strength with firm confidence, grasp opportunities with passion to achieve the great blueprint of “Twelfth Fiveyear Plan”, while putting our efforts and sweat, showing our heard with determination and endeavor, contributing our diligence and wisdom and writing a new chapter on Mengxi’s land of industry and ideology.
